Fix or Replacement Warranty

  2. Resolution Time: We pledge to resolve the issue or replace the product within a 72-hour window (three days) from the time the issue is reported. We understand that this can be a challenging time and request your patience and understanding during the resolution process.

  3. Warranty applicability: We provide a warranty only for issues that are directly related to the subscription you have purchased. Please note that issues outside the scope of the subscription are not covered under this warranty.

  4. Third-Party Issues: As a third-party vendor, we are not responsible for issues related to the product’s official website server or any updates to their privacy policy. Any problems arising from these sources are beyond our control and are not covered under our warranty.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility: We will issue a refund only in cases where we are unable to fulfill our warranty obligations, i.e., if we are unable to fix the issue or provide a replacement.

  2. Refund Calculation: Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining days of your product’s warranty. The refund amount will be proportional to the unused portion of your subscription.

  3. Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within a period of 3 to 7 days from the date of your issue submission. We appreciate your patience during this process.

  4. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. If, for any reason, that is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
