ডেল্টাবক্স আইটি (DeltaBox IT) মেধাস্বত্ব আইন এবং কপিরাইট আইনের প্রতি শ্রদ্ধাশীল। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত পণ্য, লোগো এবং ব্র্যান্ড সম্পর্কে স্বচ্ছতা নিশ্চিত করতে এই ডিসক্লেইমারটি প্রকাশ করা হলো।

  • ডেল্টাবক্স আইটি এই ব্র্যান্ডগুলোর মালিক বা মূল ডেভেলপার নয়।
  • এই নাম এবং লোগোগুলো শুধুমাত্র শনাক্তকরণ এবং বর্ণনার উদ্দেশ্যে (Fair Use) ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে, যাতে গ্রাহকরা বুঝতে পারেন তারা কোন পণ্যটি কিনছেন।

 

২. আমাদের ব্যবসার ধরণ (রিসেলার ডিসক্লেইমার)

ডেল্টাবক্স আইটি একটি তৃতীয় পক্ষের রিসেলার এবং ফ্যাসিলিটেটর (Facilitator) হিসেবে কাজ করে।

  • আমরা কোনো সফটওয়্যারের সোর্স কোড মডিফাই বা ক্র্যাক করি না।
  • আমরা আন্তর্জাতিক পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে সাবস্ক্রিপশন ফি পরিশোধ করে বাংলাদেশী গ্রাহকদের কাছে বৈধ অ্যাক্সেস পৌঁছে দেই।
  • কোনো নির্দিষ্ট ব্র্যান্ডের সাথে আমাদের “অফিসিয়াল পার্টনারশিপ” বা “এফিলিয়েশন” নেই, যতক্ষণ না তা স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ করা হয়।

  • We provide legitimate subscription access by facilitating international payments for customers in Bangladesh.
  • We do not sell “cracked,” “nulled,” or illegally modified software.
  • Any warranty provided is a “Service Warranty” from DeltaBox IT, not necessarily a manufacturer’s warranty from the brand owner.
