  • পেমেন্ট তথ্য (Transactional Data): আপনার নিরাপত্তা আমাদের অগ্রাধিকার। আমরা পেমেন্ট প্রসেসিং-এর জন্য সুরক্ষিত EPS পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ব্যবহার করি।
    • আমরা আপনার বিকাশ/নগদ পিন, ওটিপি (OTP) বা কার্ডের তথ্য আমাদের সার্ভারে সংরক্ষণ করি না।
    • পেমেন্ট ভেরিফিকেশন এবং রিফান্ড প্রসেস করার জন্য আমরা শুধুমাত্র গেটওয়ে থেকে প্রাপ্ত Transaction ID (TrxID) এবং পেমেন্ট স্ট্যাটাস সংরক্ষণ করি।
  • অ্যাকাউন্ট ক্রেডেনশিয়াল: আমাদের সাইটে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করার সময় ব্যবহৃত ইউজারনেম এবং এনক্রিপটেড পাসওয়ার্ড।

 

২. আপনার তথ্য কেন ব্যবহার করা হয়?

  • নিরাপত্তা: ফ্রড বা প্রতারণা রোধ করতে এবং পেমেন্ট ভেরিফাই করতে।
  • মার্কেটিং: মাঝেমধ্যে অফার বা ডিসকাউন্ট সম্পর্কে জানাতে (আপনি চাইলে এটি বন্ধ করতে পারেন)।

 

৩. তথ্য শেয়ারিং (Third-Party Disclosure)
