- Replacement Protocol: We follow a "Replacement-First" policy. Valid claims take 24 to 72 hours to verify and resolve. Warranties do not reset after a replacement is issued.
- What is NOT Covered: DeltaBox IT is not liable for third-party server downtimes, official app bugs, or global policy changes made by the parent company (e.g., a provider banning shared accounts globally).
