We accept secure payments via the EPS Payment Gateway, which supports:
- Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.

Absolutely. Since we use the EPS Gateway, we do not store your PIN or card details. You are redirected to the official secure page of the payment provider to complete the transaction.
Yes, a small transaction fee applies depending on the method you choose.
Since we use the secure EPS Gateway, the standard processing charge (gateway fee) is added to your total at checkout. The exact amount will be shown to you before you pay.
Yes, we accept payments from international clients via Binance (USDT).
- Note: We do not have an automated Binance gateway on the website yet.

All products are delivered digitally. You will receive your license key, account details, or activation link via Email.
We manually process every order to ensure security and quality.
- Minimum Time: 1 – 3 Hours
- Standard Time: 1 – 12 Hours
- Maximum Time: Up to 24 Hours (in rare cases).
We do not offer "Instant" or "Urgent" delivery.
Please check your Spam/Junk folder first. If it's not there, verify that you provided the correct WhatsApp number. You can simply message us with your Order ID for a status update.
- Validity: How long the subscription/account is active (e.g., 1 Month).
- Warranty: How long we provide free support and replacements (e.g., 25 Days).
Always check the specific warranty period mentioned on the product page.
Don't panic! We have a "Replacement First" policy.

- We will verify and provide a fix or replacement within 12-24 hours.
For Shared Accounts, sharing credentials or logging into multiple devices is strictly prohibited and will void your warranty immediately.
Refunds are available only if we fail to deliver the product or cannot provide a working replacement for a defective item. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind." (See our Refund Policy for details).
